Dutch Flat Mates: Mod 10 Killer

It is once again a great honour to feature on the long-running Dutch Flat Mates series by Flinty. Inspiration for this puzzle comes from Mod-10 Killer by Vara9850. Good luck!
- Normal sudoku rules apply: Place the digits 1 to 9 once each in every row, column, and 3x3 box
- Dutch Flats: All 5s in the grid must have a 1 above or a 9 below. It may have both but it doesn't need both
- Mod 10 Killer: Digits may not repeat in a cage. The sum of the digits in the cage is the cage total, and the units digit of the cage total is shown in the corner of the cage. For example, a cage indicated with a 6 could sum to 6, 16, 26 or 36

Hint to Start
The two-cell 4 and 6 cages in rows 1 and 9 are more limited than they look. Don't forget the flatmates
