Janus (Multi Constraint)

No matter how much I try to consciously escape it, I always come back to symmetry and almost symmetrical designs when I set. Because of this push-pull of sorts, Janus felt like an appropriate title for this puzzle - returning to an old favorite of between lines. Happy solving!
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Between Lines: Cells along lines between two filled circles must have values between those in the circles. Digits may repeat on lines if allowed by other rules.
Arrows: Digits on an arrow must sum to the digit in the circle.
Kropki pairs: Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Digits separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are necessarily given.
Even/Odd: The grey square indicates an even digit. The grey circle indicates an odd digit.
