Full Rank:
- The digits on columns and rows, read in both directions, make a total of 36 nine-digit numbers.
- Cells outside the grid have a value equal to the rank in ascending order among those 36 numbers for the indicated column or row in the direction of the cell.

Single/Double arrows:
- Cells inside the grid have a value equal to the digit in them.
- Values on a blue line have a sum equal to the sum of the values on the attached circles.
- Values on a red arrow have a sum equal to the value on the attached circle.
