Chaos Construction: Pointer Arrows

Rules:
Divide the grid into orthogonally connected 9-cell regions such that each cell is part of exactly one region. Fill the grid with digits 1-9 such that no digit repeats in any row, column or region.
Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's bulb. Additionally, arrow tips point towards a cell containing the digit within the arrow's bulb. The digit in the arrow tip indicates the distance from the arrow tip to the pointed-to cell.
The arrow tip and the pointed-to cell must be part of the same region.

Lösungscode: Row 9, with a hyphen (-) between digits that are seperated by a region border.

Such an amazing puzzle, so much logic variety, did it twice because I made a small mistake at the end, and couldn't find it, was 99% sure I broke it again during 2nd try, but NO!, it all worked out in the end :D.
4/5 in difficulty in my opinion

This puzzle was so well put together. The given digits did some heavy lifting and the last bit of region building was magical IMO

Brilliant puzzle! Seemed broken many times, but it was not by a whisker. Region building was hard and very interesting, the sudoku was quite approachable. Very enjoyable, thanks!
