Normal sudoku rules apply.
The inequality sign points towards the smaller digit.
On a white dot, digits are consecutive. Not all such dots are given. On a black dot, one digit is double the other. ALL such dots are given (a 12 pair may have a white dot instead of a black dot, though).
Unique clues : all pair of digits separated by a dot of the same colour are different.
