Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the attached circle.
Digits on a pink line form a non-repeating consecutive set in any order. There is only one pink line in the shape of an X.
Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.

I agree with the other commenters. It would have been nice to clarify that the cross is a single line. I figured it out, but it would have save me a restart.
