Normal 6x6 sudoku rules apply: place the digits 1 to 6 once each in every row, column, and 2x3 box.
For every circled cell, the digit in the cell indicates how many of the surrounding cells have the same parity as itself.
Surrounding cells are all cells touching the circled cell orthogonally or diagonally. Cells outside the grid are ignored.
For example, if a circled cell contains a 3, exactly three of its surrounding cells must contain odd digits.
There is no negative constraint: cells without circles may or may not satisfy the same rule.
