Normal sudoku rules apply.
Summit Lines: Digits along a blue line must be ascending or descending, with 1 and 9 reversing the ascension/descension. (eg if digits along a blue line are 2-5-6-9-8-5, the sequence is ascending until the 9 causes a descension).
Entropic Lines: Every 3 consecutive cells along a peach line contains a low digit {1, 2, 3}, medium digit {4, 5, 6}, and high digit {7, 8, 9}.
Thermometers: Digits along a thermometer ascend from the bulb.
XV: Digits separated by an X sum to 10, and a V to 5.

Very enjoyable puzzle, really liked the summit lines rule.
3* under the assumption that ascending/descending doesn't imply strictly increasing/decreasing, which I found to be incorrect, obviously.
Otherwise, the 2* rating fits perfectly, well done!
