Normal sudoku rules apply.
Summit Lines: Digits along a blue line must be ascending or descending, with 1 and 9 reversing the ascension/descension. Two cells connected by a blue line CANNOT be the same. (eg if digits along a blue line are 2-5-6-9-8-5, the sequence is ascending until the 9 causes a descension).
Slow Thermometers: Digits along a thermometer must increase or stay the same as they move away from the bulb.
(The rule for Summit Lines must work in all possible sequences along any blue line path. However, the sequence along Slow Thermometers only needs to increase/stay the same in the direction moving away from any connected bulbs).
