Counting Secrets

Hello.
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Counting circles: A digit in a circle indicates how many times that digit must appear in circles.
Each counting circle is the center of a 3x3 area which contains 9 unique digits.
Additionally, a digit in a circle cannot have an orthogonal neighbor which differs from it by exactly 5.
Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.
Digits separated by a black dot have a 2:1 ratio.
