RULES:
Zero-sum sudoku rules apply: Fill the grid with the digits 0-9 such that each of the digits 1-9 appear at most once in any row, column or box. The digit 0 may appear any number of times in the grid as permitted by other rules. The digits in every row, in every column, and every box must sum to the same number, which must equal the number of zeroes in the grid.
Digits cannot repeat in a cage and sum to the number in the top-left if given. X is equal to the number of zeroes in the grid. A digit in a circle indicates how many circles contain that digit.
