Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the attached circle or square.
Shade a one-cell-wide loop of orthogonally connected cells which does not touch itself, even diagonally. A digit in a square indicates the number of shaded cells in the 3x3 set of cells centred on that square.
Starting from the solved grid, shifting every shaded digit one cell clockwise around the loop must result in a grid which still obeys the sudoku, arrow, and square rules.

Ridiculously clever! Easy to understand what this puzzle is asking for but to actually break it down and solve it is another task. That this grid exists is quite special
