My cleanest use of the unique arrow rule yet, though fairly easy if you've already done the math from 2.
It's technically possible without the r6c3 light and I prefer that appearance, but proving the break in without them is a 5/5 task inappropriate to the rest of the solve. So I had to compromise aesthetic a bit. At least the rules are properly concise; chuffed with that.
Normal 0-8 Sudoku rules apply.
Fog: The grid is covered in fog. Placing correct digits reveals the surrounding 3x3 area.
Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the value in its attached circle.
Unique Arrows: All arrows are a different length. Arrows do not share cells.
X: Digits separated by an X sum to 10.
Non-rule clarifications included for the avoidance of doubt: Arrows move normally (orthogonal or diagonal only) and arrow lines are too thin to be seen in the corner of a cell. Not all Xs are given. No guessing is required.
