Along the five 2X2 Lines every digit is exactly two different from it's neighbour's neighbour eg 3 8 5 6 7
The digit in the green square is less and in the pink square larger than their respective orthogonal neighbours'.
Cells a chess knight's move apart cannot contain the same digit.

I liked the ruleset, it took quite some time to color the grid. Be careful so easy to make mistakes.
