Nonconsecutive: Any two orthogonally adjacent cells cannot contain consecutive digits.
Quadruples: Digits in white circles must be present at least once in the cells the clue touches.

For me the break-in is even 3*. After that it flows easily.
Even after getting the first digit in the bottom row, eliminating further candidates is really tough. Once the anti-constraints work their magic, it flows easily.
