Rules:

Normal classic rules apply

Maximum/Minimum: Cells with outward-pointing arrows are larger than their orthogonally adjacent cells. Cells with inward-pointing arrows are smaller than their orthogonally adjacent cells.

Sandwich: A clue outside the grid gives the sum of digits between 1 and 9 in that row/column.

Double Sandwich Special: If a row/column has two clues, one clue gives the sum of digits between 1 and 9, the other clue gives the sum of digits between 4 and 6.
