Beautiful
This is a puzzle that was originally created for PjotrV as a part of his secret Santa puzzle pack. Hope you enjoy!
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Japanese Sums: The squares outside the grid indicate the order of the runs of contiguous cells that must be shaded the color of the clue. [Red (R), Green (G), and Yellow (Y)]. The number in the square indicates the sum of the cells in the run. There must be at least one unshaded cell between runs of the same color, but that is not required for runs of different colors. All shaded runs are given. A “?” In a clue represents any single digit number to be determined by the solver. A “??” in a clue represents any double digit number to be determined by the solver. Different “?” And “??” clues are not necessarily the same.

Quite a fun gift, thanks! I was confused for a bit while before noticing that one detail in the rule set, and only then I got to rush towards the end of the solve.
