Summation (Region Sum, Thermo)

The Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Region sum lines: Box borders divide the blue lines into segments, and the digits on each segment must have the same sum. Different lines may have different sums.
- Thermometers: digits on an thermometer must increase from the bulb end.
