I'm agreed with jmw that this is a 4-star difficulty puzzle. The break-in is quite hidden. From the break-in there's two other pressure points that I would consider 3-stars, and once you've got those as well, it all solves rather fluidly as a 2-2.5, but considering you virtually cannot progress without the break-in, 4-stars is appropriate.
It's very satisfying to find that break-in, but the process of getting there may involve some conspicuously head-shaped indents in walls.

I think this deserves four stars for difficulty. Quite hard to spot the (very clever) bit of geometry that unlocks it, but not too tricky once you've found that.
