Okay, I know Mr. Bommel doesn't wear a bowtie, but the bowtie just worked really well for a beginner dutch whispers, so I left it in anyway. The concept was just a dutch whispers bear, and as far as I know there aren't any dutch bears that do wear a bowtie.

Dutch Whispers: Adjacent digits along an orange line must differ by at least four.
[Hint for those new to Dutch Whispers: A dutch whisper line generally alternates between high digits and low ones, but there is one sequence that creates an exception]
