Rules
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Every 2x2 square that lies completely inside a cage must have at least one low (1,2,3), medium (4,5,6) and high (7,8,9) digit.
Every 2x2 square that doesn't completely lie inside a cage can only have digits from at most 2 of the groups: low (1,2,3), medium (4,5,6) and high (7,8,9) digits.
Digits within cages cannot repeat.
Digits on an arrow sum to the number in the attached circle.
Digits on a thermometer increase starting at the bulb.
Digits on a gray circle are odd (the thermometer bulbs don't count as circles and may be odd or even).

Great puzzle, I got stuck in the middle, until I remembered that digits do not repeat in cages

Whew, that took some doing! Having to switch between two exclusive sets of rules was quite tricky, and I repeatedly found myself getting a bit mixed up when they interfered with each other. Still, it progressed really well as I went through the puzzle, bouncing between each type of clue.

Thanks for solving! I am happy with how the puzzle turned out but I definitely agree that solving it needs a lot of attention. Not because it's particularly hard, but because it can indeed easily happen to mix up the entropy constraints.
