Blue lines must have equal sums in each region. Blue lines are also Renban lines which are a group of consecutive numbers in any order on the line. Black dots separate cells in the ratio 1:2. White dots separate consecutive numbers. The good news...all possible black and white dots are given so the negative constraint applies to both. The bad news...all the black dots have disguised themselves as white dots.
