Normal sudoku rules apply. The blue cells are box indexers. If the cell at box position A has value V then the cell in the same box at box position V has value A. For example, if R6C7 is 6, then R5C9 is 7. Also, standard little killer and clone rules apply. (Numbers outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits on their indicated diagonal. Digits on these diagonals may repeat when otherwise allowed. And, there are three two-celled different-colored clone regions. Digits that appear in one part of a clone must appear in exactly the same position in the other part.). I think this puzzle is 1.5 stars out of 5 for difficulty for many solvers.
