Digits are not repeated in rows, columns, or hidden regions.
Chaos Construction: The board is divided into nine hidden, orthogonally connected regions containing the digits 1-9.
A digit on an arrow indicates the distance to the edge of its region in the direction of the arrow (not counting the cell itself). If a cell has multiple arrows, count each direction independently. Every region contains at least one arrow.
A digit on an arrow also counts how many digits of the opposite parity are in the direction of the arrow (ie if the digit is even, it counts odd digits, and vice versa). If a cell has multiple arrows, count each direction independently.
A digit on a circle indicates how many regions are in its row.
Dutch Whispers: Digits along an orange line must have a difference of at least 4. Orange lines connect cells from different regions.
