These arrows sure are close! They must like each other a whole lot! Another puzzle in my recent craze for combining kropki dots with other variants. Enjoy!
Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Arrows: Digits along an arrow sum to the number in the attached circle.
Kropki Dots: Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Digits separated by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are necessarily given.
