Arrows: Digits along a purple arrow sum to the number in the attached circle. They also form a set of consecutive digits in any order, excluding the bulb, without repeats.

Fog: The grid is covered in fog. Correctly placed digits will clear fog from its cell and may clear fog in other cells. Guessing is not required.
