Around entropy pattern

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Global entropy rule: each 2x2 box in the finished grid must contain at least one low digit (1,2,3), one medium digit (4,5,6) and one high digit (7,8,9).
The number next to the arrow outside the Sudoku grid indicates the number to which the cells on the diagonal shown must add up.
The cells separated by a black dot must have a ratio of 2. If there is a number in the black dot, this is the ratio.
