Naughty Counting

My today's puzzle is a combination of my latest series with the theme of the very first puzzles that I published on this portal, featuring "naughty" 6-9 lines.
I tried to make this puzzle as approachable as possible, in line with the average level of difficulty of the entire "counting" series. I'm only giving it 3* instead of 2* because of the custom 6-9 rule.

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Adjacent digits along the pink 6-9 lines must sum to at least 6 and at most 9.
- A pink circle indicates exactly how many circles contain that digit. For example, if there is a 4 in any circle, then exactly 4 circles contain a 4.
