Balanced X-Sums

The Rules:
- [Sudoku] Normal sudoku rules apply -- fill every row, column, and region with the digits from 1 to 9 once each.
- [Balanced X-Sums] Each arrow indicates that the sum of the odd digits must equal the sum of the even digits in the first x cells seen in the direction of the arrow where x is the digit in the cell next to the clue.
The Puzzle:
Lösungscode: The row (from left to right) or column (from top to bottom) where one more horizontal or vertical arrow could have been drawn

That felt absolutely impossible at first, and I'm still a little bit surprised it wasn't. Once you get going, though, the flow is just stunning. Fabulous setting!

Thank you very much for creating and sharing another fantastic puzzle. I think I saw these balanced sums recently on CtC, but this implementation as X-Sums is gorgeous!
