The Mill

Today is Mill Day in Germany. About 700 historic mills are open for the public, and you can watch them in action. In honor of the water mill in front of my house, I made this little snack.
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits on a thin grey line sum to same value as the circles on either end combined.
- Box borders divide the blue line into segments with the same sum.
- Digits connected by a V sum to 5, digits connected by an X sum to 10. Not all possible XV clues are given.
