Rules
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Antiking : Two cells a King's move apart may not contain the same digit.
Arrows : Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the connected circle.
Kropki Pairs : A black dot between cells indicates cell values with a 2:1 ratio. Not all dots are shown.

The layout is pretty similar to your last puzzle, but when the global constraint changes, the logic is a lot different.
