Normal 6x6 Sudoku rules apply.
Digit Delivery Service:
Each complete row can be interpreted as a digit delivery instruction.
The difference between the 1st and the 2nd digit indicates a row.
The difference between the 3rd and the 4th digit indicates a column.
The difference between the 5th and the 6th digit indicates a digit.
Place the digit in the tile with the indicated row and column number.
Example: if a row reads “521634” you have to insert a 1 into r3c5.
Twisting Roads:
The three lines are a Delivery Line, Renban Line, and Region Sum Line. You have to figure out which is which.
A Delivery Line connects locations for digit delivery.
A Renban line contains a set of consecutive digits in any order (digits cannot repeat).
Box borders divide a Region Sum Line into segments. The sum of the digits in every segment must be identical.

I probably missed some logic to determine which line was the delivery line, had to guess between two options and check each one kind of far for a contradiction. Nice puzzle concept, though, the rest of the solve was fun!
