"Deep Thought's Answer"
A puzzle referencing a well-known book :)
Warning - I designed this puzzle quite a while ago, so when test solving it today I couldn't remember all of my original intended solve path. I found myself relying on some bifurcation steps, but thought I would go ahead and share it anyway. The way the grid "flows" is rather different to a normal sudoku, so hopefully some will enjoy the concept! As always feedback is appreciated :)
Below is the Hitchhiker's Guide to this puzzle.
Place the digits 1-6 once each in every row and column.
The four shaded regions are rotated clones. A digit in one clone will also appear in the same place in the other rotated clones. For example, the digits in R1C5, R5C6, R6C2 and R2C1 are all the same.
The digit "4" touches ten cells. The sum of these ten cells is a prime number.
The digit "2" forms a Whispers line running through the twelve cells it touches. Along this line, adjacent digits must have a difference of at least two.
The letter "H" between two cells indicates that those two cells sum to 4.
Don't panic.

Rules updated above - thanks for pointing out that missing line!

Tip for solvers using sudokupad:
Enable the pencil tool to draw your own Whisperline over the 2. R3C5 and R4C4 can be confusing otherwise.

You might want to add the
"Place the digits 1-6 once each in every row and column." -bit to logic masters as of now it is only in Sudokupad.
