Normal Sudoku rules apply.
German Whisper: Adjacent digits along a green line have a difference of at least 5.
Renban: Digits along a purple line form a set of consecutive digits in any order.
Parity Line: Along the red line, every pair of consecutive cells on the line must contain one odd digit and one even digit.
Nabner: Digits along a yellow line form a set of non-consecutive digits in any order.
Region Sum Line: Box borders divide a blue line into segments which have the same sum. Different lines may have different sums.
Modular Line: Any run of three sequential cells on a teal line must contain one digit from each of the sets {1,4,7}, {2,5,8}, and {3,6,9}.
Black Dots: Digits in cells joined by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.

Good puuzle.
Have some average newcomers flooded in? Recently, when I occasionally solve puzzles, I see some two- or three-star puzzles being rated as four-red-star .

Very nice! I am not sure why some call it very hard, because I did not experience any hard steps. My solve time fits a 2-3 star puzzle. Thanks
