Rules:

• Normal Sudoku rules apply
• Digits outside the grid are both Numbered rooms and Skyscrapers clues.
• Numbered rooms: clues outside the grid indicate the digit to place in the Nth cell in the corresponding direction, where N is the digit placed in the first cell in that direction.
• Skyscrapers: clues outside the grid indicate the number of digits visible in that direction, where higher digits block the view of lower ones.
• Question marks can be any digits satisfying both rules.
