Hi, here is a construction I set which I think makes nice use of the interactions between German whispers and between lines — which I had fun setting with for the first time. Testing it through, it feels like a borderline 3–4 star for me, always difficult to tell as the setter. Hope you enjoy :)

Rules:

Normal Sudoku rules apply.

German whispers:
Neighbouring digits along a green line have a difference of at least 5.

Between lines:
Digits on a grey line between two circles are strictly between the digits in those circles.

Kropki dots:
Digits in cells joined by a white dot are consecutive.
Digits in cells joined by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio.
