Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Dutch Whispers - neighboring digits on an orange Dutch Whisper line differ by at least 4.
- Odd Lots - a digit in a gray circle indicates the number of odd numbers on the attached Dutch Whisper line.
- Ratio Kropki - digits separated by a black Kropki dot have a 2:1 ratio. No negative constraint.
- X pairs - digits separated by X sum to 10. No negative constraint.

Dutch whisper constraint combined with kropki and lots narrow possible combinations a lot. Thanks for setting
