Out Of Bounds

Regeln:
- Es gelten die normalen Sudoku-Regeln, d.h. jede Reihe, Spalte und 3x3-Region muss jede der Ziffern von 1 bis 9 genau einmal enthalten.
- Index-Linien: Jede türkisene Linie ist eine Index-Linie, d.h. die Zahl in der N-ten Zelle auf der Linie (beginnend bei dem Diamanten) zeigt die Position auf der Linie an, in welcher die Zahl N vorkommt. Enthält der Diamant z.B. eine 3, so muss die dritte Zelle auf dieser Linie eine 1 enthalten.
- Up to N-Summen: Zahlen außerhalb des Gitters sind Up to N-Hinweise. Ein Up to N-Hinweis außerhalb von Reihe oder Spalte N gibt die Summe aller Ziffern an bis zu der Zelle, welche die Ziffer N enthält. (Die Ziffer N selbst ist nicht Teil der Summe.)

I don't get how index lines work for lines with length 10.
Shouldn't the number on the end of that line indicate where the "10" goes? How does that work?

You are exactly right, elpadrinoIV, the number in the 10th position indicates where 10 appears on such a line. That is also why the rules refer to "numbers" instead of "digits". As a small hint: 10s might seem out of bounds, but can appear on the line in this one. If you like to get a more direct nudge, let me know.
