Arrow: Digits on an arrow must sum to the digit placed in that arrow's circle.
Kropki Pairs: Digits separated by a black dot must be in a 2:1 ratio. Digits separated by a white dot must be consecutive.

Very clever setting with a nice solution. It might be helpful to clarify that the pre-shaded squares are in fact yin-yang shaded as per the instructions. Thanks!

What fun! I assumed the grey cells were pre-shaded, which in fact they are.

Usually I try to avoid Yinyang puzzles, but this one was really delightful. I almost stuck at one moment, but it's only because I forgot that liars are lying.

Took me a while to truly get all the rules, but once I got going it was really fun and nicely flowing puzzle.

Amazing! I like the mix of shading and finding out the numbers at the same time.

Thank you very much for creating and sharing this nice YY-puzzle. Usually I don’t like liar-puzzles, but within this ruleset they work surprisingly fine!

Thanks for the clarification. Very nice puzzle. Pleasure from start to finish.

So, if a clue is partly shaded and partly unshaded, is it true or false?
~~
I added clarity. All clues are either shaded or unshaded, never both.
