Puzzle rules
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Box borders divide a blue region sum line Into segments with the same sum. (Different lines may have different sums)
Digits separated by a white dot are consecutive. Not all dots are necessarily given.
I hope this is a fun puzzle - I had some nice surprises when I was setting it. If you catch the solve path there is nothing monstrous, but I think there may be some unexpected twists. Enjoy - and do let me know how you got on.

Very nice, tough at first but collapsed easily in the end. Very good SETting. Three stars difficulty is about right.
