Many of my puzzles take a lot of planning - and then this one just sort of popped together! Hope you enjoy!

Edited to add - I know about the display issue, but I'm not sure how to fix it.
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Killer Cages - digits inside a killer cage are unique and add up to the sum on the upper left corner of the cage.
- Modular lines - every set of three adjacent digits on a teal modular line has one digit from the set (1,4,7), the set (2,5,8), and the set (3,6,9).
- Dutch Whispers - neighboring digits on a hollow orange Dutch Whisper line differ in value by at least 4.
- Ratio Kropki - digits separated by a black Kropki dot have a ratio of 2:1. No negative constraint.
- X Pairs - digits separated by X sum to 10. No negative constraint.

Enjoyed this puzzle but it does seem to be very small on screen (for me on PC, but I see others say they're experiencing this on mobile too).

Lovely. Thanks for sharing. Just to echo chis_r the puzzle shows up much smaller than is normal in Chrome (not mobile) too.

Thank you! For some reason the puzzle displayed with a lot of white space on the left on mobile, which meant the puzzle was much smaller than usual. Not sure if you're able to fix that but it'd really help with being able to play through the puzzle!

Rarely does a puzzle flow that smoothly, that quickly. I could barely keep up with the digits I was uncovering. Very nice.
