Normal sudoku rules apply.
The 3x3 box borders divide a blue line into segments. Each segment's sum is equal to a power of 2. Each power of 2 may only be used twice for a segment sum.
On a black dot, one digit is double the other.

Feels like a silly question but I have to ask. 2^0 is a valid power of two in this puzzle? Got burned by assuming that once for a puzzle game that forgot it was an option.
