Today I am very happy to present a puzzle which is ChinStrap's birthday gift :-)
On one of the ChinStrap's streams Andrewsarchus gave me an idea for a Yin-Yang puzzle with value of a shaded cells being its digit + its box number, which I really liked and which I have slightly modified.
Happy Birthday, ChinStrap! :-)
The exact moment this puzzle is published, ChinStrap is starting his part of the 48 hours Sudoku Twitch Train!
I hope you will enjoy and I would be really grateful for all the comments and ratings.
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Yin-Yang: Shade some cells in the grid so that all shaded cells are orthogonally connected, all unshaded cells are orthogonally connected, and no 2×2 region is entirely shaded or entirely unshaded.
Values: A value of a shaded cell equals its digit increased or decreased (to be deduced for each shaded cell on the clue) by its box number. Boxes are numbered 1-9 in normal reading order. A value of an unshaded cell equals its digit.
X/V: Values in cells joined by a green X sum to 10. Values in cells joined by a blue V sum to 5. Not all Xs and Vs are necessarily given.
Region Sum Lines: Box borders divide a blue line into segments which have the same sum of values. Different lines may have different sums.
Renban Lines: Pink lines contain a set of non-repeating consecutive values in any order.
Lines can branch and share cells with other lines.
If you liked this puzzle, I recommend trying out my other puzzles: The Erica Series:Lösungscode: Second (2nd) row of the grid from left to right (with the symbol "/" marking borders between shaded and unshaded cells, e.g., 123/4/5/67/89).
