Standard Irregular Sudoku, German Whisper, Renban and Minimum cell logic apply:
Irregular Sudoku: Fill the grid with the digits 1-9 such that there is one each in every row, column and black-outlined region.
German Whispers: Digits adjacent to each other on a green line have a difference of at least 5 (e.g.: 4-9-2-7-1).
Renban: Each purple line contains a sequence of consecutive digits with no repeats, in any order (e.g.: 3-5-4).
Minimum: The cell highlighted in grey with the black arrows in it is smaller than all orthogonally adjacent digits.

Fantastic.
I'd say more of a 3.5/4 for me. If you see the right ideas, it's quite straightforward, but I think some of them are easy to miss
