Fill in digits in every cell except the one with ×.
Outside clue: Digits outside the grid must appear in the first 3 cells of the row or column indicated by the clue.
Skyscraper: Digits outside the grid indicates how many of the first 9 cells (from that direction) are visible. A cell is visible if its digit is larger than all digits between it and the clue.
Each digit outside the grid serves
both rules above.
Each arrow in the outside corners indicates the direction to which the digit applies. Other outside cells apply to the 9×9 sudoku region.
