Killer Counters

Rules:
Sudoku: Normal sudoku rules apply.
Killer cages: Digits in cages must sum to the number in the top-left corner.
Kropki dots: Digits separated by white dots are consecutive. Digits separated by black kropki dots have a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are given.
Counting Circles: A circled digit indicates exactly how many circles contain that digit.
Lösungscode: Digits along column 4, from top to bottom.

Thank you for this fun puzzle, Burak Alver! I have given 2* for difficulty, but I think that relies pretty much on familiarity with Counting Circles.

Really nice puzzle! This is 2 stars maximum however, and I would go as far as to say it is 1 star.
