These killers work in teams of two. Identifying the pairs is easy: just see if their cage totals are in a "Black Kropki" relation (in a 1:2 ratio, that is). Oh, but the totals are not given... Can you uncover the secret partners-in-crime?

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits cannot repeat within a cage. Two cages are paired if their totals are in a 1:2 ratio. Each cage is paired with exactly one other cage.
