Hello.
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
The digits at the ends of a line indicate how many digits on that line are less than 5 and greater than 4.
One end of a line counts the small digits (1234) while the other end counts the bigger digits (56789).
Adjacent digits along a line must not have a difference greater than 5.
Digits separated by a green dot have a difference of exactly 5.
