Thanks to Tallcat, FIT7Y, IKeManga, Nico, and many others for testing. Miraculously, IKeManga and Nico found a different unintended break-in which is possibly more elegant than the intended solve path! Anyway, I hope you enjoy the puzzle!
Rules:Normal sudoku rules apply.
REGION SUM LINES: box borders divide blue lines into segments. The sum of digits on each segment is the same. This sum may be different for different blue lines.
WHITE DOTS: digits separated by a white dot are consecutive.
