Each row, column, and 3x3 box contains the digits 1 through 9. Box borders divide blue Region Sum lines into segments with sums of equal value.

Absolutely spectacular! I had to revisit this puzzle twice because I got stuck (after finding some opening steps) on my first attempt. But giving it another go was so worth it. It has instantly become my new favourite RSL puzzle! Thank you, ArachnoSudoku!
